Sunday was one of the first cool days of the year in San Antonio. It was also the say of Síclovía.  A long section of Broadway (a road that runs near downtown) was designated as a car-free zone for five hours. There was a 5K, several booths, food trucks, and people riding anything with wheels.

We went downtown to walk through the Pearl Farmer’s Market, grab some food, then walked the block over to Broadway. We walked all the way up to Lion’s Park then back down to the Pearl.

It was great participating in the event and seeing everyone out on their bikes. Next year we’ll bring our own bikes so we can explore the event fully.
